Saturday the 13th of February the Danish contribution for Eurovision Song Contest 2016 was found at Dansk Melodi Grand Prix. The song is called “Soldiers of Love” – and naturally I had to do an a cappella version of it 🙂

VIDEO: “For nu er det jul”
Today I’d like to share a brand new song that I’ve composed called “For nu er det jul”. The lyrics are in Danish and is written by Simon Nøiers (bit.ly/XMASlyrics). It deals with the month of December and all of the things we spend our time doing as Christmas approaches.

This weekend I will release a new 4-part song (SATB) called “For nu er det jul”. I composed and arranged it, and Simon Nøiers wrote the lyrics.

“Countdown to Christmas” is a new 3-part vocal arrangement of mine. 17 different Christmas hits and classics are put together in this medley arranged specifically for the Danish comedy trio PLATT-FORM. Dennis Hansen filmed us whilst singing through the whole thing at Kaspar Frederiksen’s studio

Today I’d like to share a brand new 5-part vocal arrangement of mine. It’s a mashup of two of my favorite Christmas songs: Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” and Wham!’s classic “Last Christmas”. I’ve arranged the mashup for piano and 5 female voices – here performed in a onetake recording with Regitze, Christina, Louise, and Sara

I’ve spent the entire day at Cowfish Audio owned by Kaspar Frederiksen recording the three voices of a Christmas medley that I’ve arranged for the comedy trio PLATT-FORM.
Video shoot for new Christmas track
Today I’ve hung out with some of my favorite colleagues: Sara, Jesper & Simon. We’ve been shooting a video for a Christmas track. Its lyrics are written by Simon Noeiers and I have composed the melody and arranged it for an SATB ensemble.
